I got to 10% weight loss by changing my breakfast!

Goal Weight: 80kg?
Current Weight: 94.7
Started my journey 6/01/15 - 11.3kg lost so far

So a good loss of 900gms this week. I really didn't change much, other than having porridge for breakfast, instead of a measly yoghurt. Quite surprised at the loss, but I'll take it! Oh, and I got my 10% lost this year!!!

After a good chat with hubby I decided to jump straight in to the next 12 week challenge. It is really my only motivation at the moment, and my willpower is not at a level that would allow me to succeed on my own!

What I have realised though, is that if I aim to lose another 8kg on the next challenge, I will be at my pre-pregnancy weight!!! I'm not sure what my final goal weight is yet, but the thought of being back to 86 is exciting! I think eventually I'd be happy at about 80kg, but I'll see how I feel at the end of this next challenge.
